Moroccan stew and naan (vegetarian)
An exotic savoury and sweet stew of root vegetables, chickpeas, beans, apricots, and raisins in a garlic tomato broth. Served with basmati rice.
A traditional lamb and vegetable casserole, cooked with Coffee Porter, topped with garlic red potato mash, Welsh cheddar, and caramelized onions.
Shrimp and fish cakes
Four pan-fried haddock and shrimp cakes served with arugula, honey vinaigrette coleslaw, and watercress aioli.
Butter Chicken (gluten free)
Curried chicken, sliced almonds, mint peas, served with basmati rice and mango chutney.

Individual size hazelnut brownie
A warm homemade chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, rich chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.

A warm homemade apple pie with McIntosh apples, a honey crumble top, and a scoop of French vanilla ice cream.
