Alissa Epworth
Alissa graduated as a Library Technician in 2013. She currently works as a Customer Success Manager for DistillerSR. Previously, she worked with the Knowledge Translation department and Health Sciences Library at Unity Health Toronto. She is passionate about research and library software, knowledge synthesis methodology and customer service. She is an advocate for library technician involvement in knowledge syntheses and a promotor for library technicians in non-traditional roles. An active participant in organizations and at conferences, Alissa is also an executive member of the THLA Library Technician Subcommittee. Outside of work, she loves travelling and going on adventures with her family and dog.
