Moroccan stew and naan (vegetarian)
An exotic savoury and sweet stew of root vegetables, chickpeas, beans, apricots, and raisins in a garlic tomato broth. Served with basmati rice.
A traditional lamb and vegetable casserole, cooked with Coffee Porter, topped with garlic red potato mash, Welsh cheddar, and caramelized onions.
Shrimp and fish cakes
Four pan-fried haddock and shrimp cakes served with arugula, honey vinaigrette coleslaw, and watercress aioli.
Mediterranean salad + grilled chicken (gluten free)
Tossed mixed greens, grape tomatoes, sliced black olives, sweet peppers, and marinated artichoke hearts in a red wine vinaigrette.
Dessert options (includes coffee or tea):
Individual size hazelnut brownie
A warm homemade chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, rich chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.
Apple pie a la mode
A warm homemade apple pie with McIntosh apples, a honey crumble top, and a scoop of French vanilla ice cream.
