The 2016 MLA\/CHLA\/ABSC\/ICLC Joint Conference will be held in Toronto May 13-18, 2016.<\/b>\u00a0 Members of the planning committee will be visiting Toronto this September. The Local Arrangements Committee (or LAC) is an important part of a successful conference and is made up of 6 subcommittees: Publicity and Promotion; Restaurant Guide Production; Library Tours; Blog\/Facebook Correspondent; Hospitality Information Booth and Volunteer Assistance. Sub-committee Chairs must be either CHLA or MLA members but other volunteers, while encouraged to have memberships, are not required to.<\/p>\n
